    Thank you for your question about Federal Action Obligations.

    Federal Action Obligation is the amount of Federal Government’s obligation, de-obligation or liability, in dollars, for an award transaction. The individual agencies are the responsible parties for reporting in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations at that time. Any specific questions surrounding the reporting would be best answered by the agency.
